Tournament Camping

Welcome Campers! Please read the following rules thoroughly.

Ø Payment due before parking. Camp spaces will be assigned.

o   Trailer with electricity                         $75/night

o   Trailer without electricity                   $50/night

o   Tent                                                    $25/night

(tent charge applies to any tents set up, even if by a paying trailer; tents cannot block a power station access without paying the power hookup fee)      

NOTE: ALL vehicles will be parked outside the fairgrounds fence once trailers are unhitched or tents set up. There is NO parking or driving inside the fence once trailers or tents are set up. If campers have guests, please advise them to park outside the fence as well. There are walk-in gates nearby.

Ø Electricity. 

o   Outside trailer electrical pedestals are available on a first come basis.

o   The electrical pedestals are 50-amp receptacles with 120/208-volt power, and overloading or exceeding 80% of the maximum capacity of continually drawn current is strictly prohibited.

o   DO NOT leave air conditioners on when trailer is not occupied.

o   DO NOT run AC and microwave simultaneously.

o   NO UNAUTHORIZED USE of electricity will be tolerated (i.e. piggy-backing off any outlet or using electricity from any of the buildings or multiplex) and shall result in a fine and risk of being banned from the premises.

Ø Quiet time from 11 PM to 7 AM. Personal generators must be off during this time.

Ø NO ONE is allowed in any of the exhibitor buildings or the Multiplex.

Ø No fires  --  propane stoves/grills must be at least ten (10) inches above ground. NO wood fireplaces allowed.

Ø Water is available to fill trailers but must be done prior to parking.

Ø Do not drive on the grass other than to initially set up your trailer or unload tent and supplies.

Ø Dogs must be on leash at all times.  You must clean up doggie-poo.

Ø No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.

Ø Dumpsters are available if garbage cans get overfilled. DO NOT move any dumpsters from their original stations. Please make sure garbage is in containers, not on the ground. Please take your garbage to a dumpster if cans are full.

Ø Please leave the campground as you found it. 

Ø We want you to enjoy your stay.
