Class Instructors: Cindy Tegtmeyer & Susan Barg
NUTRITIOUS AND DELICIOUS with the Veggie Gals! Join Cindy and Susan as they introduce you to healthy plant- based meals in a jar using locally grown organic produce from Jo Daviess Local Foods (JDLF). Everyone will learn how to make a Salad Jar and Overnight Oats that can double as a tasty dessert. As always, it will taste good and be good for you!
