Watercolor Workshop

This class is designed for anyone interested in painting watercolors. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate watercolorist you are welcome to join this class. The goal is for every participant to come away from this class knowing more about watercolors while having an enjoyable painting experience.

Each two-hour session will begin with a half hour demonstration of watercolor painting techniques and principles including color, value, edges, washes and composition. (For those of you already familiar with watercolor you are welcome to listen and to paint during this time.) The balance of the class will be painting your own watercolor. You can bring an image you would like to paint or paint one of the sample paintings I will bring to class.

Whatever your current skill level, this class will be a good opportunity to advance your skill level and to paint with a small group of people interested in watercolor. Class is limited to 10 people.
