WHAT: A range day for the kiddos where we instruct on safe firearm practices, and basic shooting skills across numerous .22lr platforms, air rifles, raffle loaded with prizes, food, and more!

WHEN: Saturday October 22nd, 2022; 1-4pm

WHERE: Garth Killpack Shooting Range; 110 Hobble Creek Rd, Springville UT (Use google maps)

COST: $5 per child

We will allow any child to shoot that can recite or show an understanding of the universal firearm safety rules:

1) Treat every firearm as though it is loaded

2) Keep fingers off the trigger until ready to fire

3) Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction

4) Know your target and what is behind, and in front of that target

All children and parents/guardians are required to wear both ear and eye protection. This is non negotiable so please come prepared. We can provide ear foam style ear plugs, and can lend out a limited number of eye protection. Children must be under parental supervision at all times.

Important Notice: This is an event for you to come shoot firearms that are provided, not for you to bring firearms from home to shoot on our firing line. All firearms, ammunition, bows, arrows, shotguns, shells, targets, etc are provided by Utah Shooters and/or our partnering businesses. Please leave these items at home unless you have a personal defense weapon on your person; that is more than welcome, just please leave holstered unless need arises.
