Our good friends at Waushara Archers welcome us back to one of the most picturesque archery clubs in the state of Wisconsin. A sportsman’s dream, we’d all love to take this 40-acre piece of archery heaven home with us when the weekend is over.

Sitting just outside of Wautoma with a mix of trees and terrain and the infamous Cardiac Hill, Waushara Archers is a must stop on your annual archery calendar. With 30 Rinehart targets spread throughout this meticulously laid out course, the clubhouse sits conveniently at the halfway point. We decided to put a new twist on things upon our return by creating an outdoor brush shoot. Expect more challenging shots than most 3D courses in what is sure to be a fun, yet challenging day on the range.

The Vortex Long Shot, located at the start of the second leg, will be poised to take on anyone wanting to stretch things out and get their name in the hat to win over $1,000 in prizes. Silent auctions will be set up under the tents for bidding on all weekend and the crew in the kitchen will be working hard, flipping breakfast, lunch and making sure no one gets thirsty.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a more welcoming group than Dave, Mike, and the team at Waushara Archers. Make it a point to get out to Mission 29 in May. We guarantee that you will fall in love with this place just like we did!
