Join us for a fabulous doll and toy event filled with a million-dollar array of vintage, contemporary, artist and antique dolls, toys, bears and miniatures. Three days of shopping, door prizes and games to win fabulous treasures, with tons of fun!
The Doll Dreamers Market is held near the UFDC Convention, and customers can ride the Doll Dreamers Market shuttle from the UFDC host hotel, the Schaumburg Renaissance. Space is limited, so reserve your table early.

Seller details at a glance
| Show days | Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, July 19, 20 and 21, 2027. Show hours will be posted closer to the event. |
| Load-in | Sunday, July 18, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We load in through a side entrance into the Main Floor Ballroom. |
| Set-up | Monday, July 19, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. All set-ups must be complete by noon. |
| Tables | $285 each for a standard 6′ table. Two chairs per seller and table coverings are provided. Spaces are assigned first paid, first placed, and we will try to honor special requests, including previous placements. |
| Meals | The lunch buffet on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (11:00 AM to 12:00 noon) is included in your table fee. A grab-and-go meal on Sunday afternoon during load-in is optional and ticketed at $45, which includes tax and tip. |
| Hotel | Special room rates start at $199 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. Vendors are encouraged to stay at the hotel to help keep the cost of the venue down. A booking link will be provided. |
| Badges | A name badge and one helper badge are provided for each seller. |
| Electricity | Electricity and plug-ins are available around the room. No cables may run across the room or behind your table unless taped down. Battery-operated lights or light pucks are a great way to brighten your table. |
| Payment | Full payment is due by May 1, 2027. Table fees are not refundable; please read the seller contract for the full policies. |
| Shuttle donation | Optional: add a donation at checkout to help cover the cost of the customer shuttle to the venue. |
