Workshop Description:

Master the Art of Coptic Bookbinding (Plus Bonus Styles!)

Join us for an immersive, one-day workshop and learn the timeless art of Coptic bookbinding. Perfect for beginners and craft enthusiasts, this hands-on session guides you through creating your own durable, beautiful journals from scratch.

Begin the morning by crafting your custom book covers. While the adhesive dries, the learning does not stop! Master three additional quick-binding techniques:

Japanese stab binding for an elegant, eastern aesthetic.
Classic pamphlet binding perfect for zines and notebooks.
One-sheet folding to create miniature books instantly.

After a quick lunch break, we will assemble your main Coptic journal using your freshly dried covers. You will leave this workshop with four unique, handmade books and the skills to continue binding at home.
