Rally for Rochell

RALLY FOR ROCHELL | "Her fight is our fight" 

Join us to support Rochell’s fight against cancer.  In December 2023, Rochell was diagnosed with liver and rectal cancer. She is currently undergoing intense treatments, and we are rallying together with our volleyball community to help support Rochell and her fight.  All proceeds will go directly to Rochell and her family to help with procedure costs, and anything they need during this time. 

Saturday, April 20, 2024, a quads volleyball tournament will take place with a silent auction, food, and drink. Sign up to play, sponsor a team, or buy a spectator ticket to participate in the silent auction and food bar. 

When: Saturday April 20, 2024 | 3:00-10:00 PM 

Where: Sports Advantage Center | 807 Parkview Rd, Ashwaubenon, WI 54304

Tournament Info & Categories: Benefit will be broken into 3 categories. Two tournament, 1 other. 

• Juniors fast 4's ( ages 15-18 ): Sign up with a team and enjoy a fast paced quads tournament.  Girls high school aged players only. Each round is timed and score is reported at the end. The team with the most points at the end wins! | Times | $100/team
• Adults Reverse Quads ( ages 19+): Co-ed quads- all games played on women's net and male players are not allowed to jump in the front row. Minimum 2 female players on a team. Two sets to 21 in pool play followed by bracket play. | times | $100/team 
• Spectators: Anyone not physically participating in the tournament is considered a spectator. Purchasing a spectator ticket allows access to food and silent auction items. | $15/spectator 

How to Register For The Event:  

1. Click "register" 
2. Choose Category
   • Individual = spectator 
   • Team = team playing fast 4s or reverse quads 
3. Fill Out Form Information 
   • To add another person to your registration click "add another" 
   • To Continue click "continue" 
4. Choose to donate to Rochells cause or bypass the donation 
5. Click "continue to checkout" 
6. Add in billing and payment info 

Team Info: All participating teams must preregister online through 'Stride Events'. 

Schedule: 

2:15 PM | Doors open, silent auction open, food available 

3:00 PM | Juniors Fast 4's play starts 

8:00 PM | Silent Auction Closes 

8:30 PM | Silent Auction Finalized (payouts located in the office) 

T-shirts: Event shirts will be available for preorder and purchase at the event. Picture of event shirt can be seen at bottom of the page or by clicking HERE. Please look for preorder information soon. $20/shirt 

Silent Auction: Silent auction will be held in person the day of the event. All tables will open for bidding at 2:15 PM and will close at 8:00 PM. Bidding increments will be stated on the top of each bidding sheet next to the item. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE BID INCREASE AMOUNT ON THE TOP OF THE SHEET. See payout information below

Payouts & Day of Donations: All silent auction payouts will be and processed after silent auction has closed and winners have been highlighted and stated on the item sheets. Payouts and donations will be accepted by exact cash, check, or card. Physical receipts will be written for your records.

Donations: We are looking for donations for the silent auction. Each donation helps us raise money for Rochell's fight. Our goal is 20 donation items! Donation suggestions/ideas below
