Hello! In a Facebook group, I saw a post that they are looking for Russian dancers for the multi cultural liberty festival in Orem ! I understand wanting to celebrate culture and traditions. however, this is one of the worst times in history to be celebrating a country that is committing such heinous crimes against another country. What is this saying about you, about Russia? That’s what is happening is ok? Can you imagine if the world continues to celebrate Octoberfest during ww2? It is extremely sad that you think this is ok. I feel sorry for you. There are more than 10 thousand Ukrainians in Utah in the Ukrainian diaspora! How we must all feel looking at Utah people like you support Violence!
This is absolutely terrible and breaks my heart. You'd like to show us Russian culture while children of Ukraine are dying every day because of Russian shelling? Trust me, noone wants to see your culture. I think we've all seen enough.
I fully support the opinion of former commentator Yulia L. I completely agree that it is unacceptable to promote the culture of Russia, which acts as an aggressor and kills people in Ukraine every day.
