The Miami International Fitness Expo (M.I.F.E) is host to the IFBB Miami Muscle Beach Pro, an International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) Pro show, and the NPC Miami Muscle Beach, a National Physique Committee (NPC) National Qualifier. The M.I.F.E is also host to the Fit Life Games in CrossFit, 305 Ninja Showdown (UNAA), Magic City Lift-Off in powerlifting (USPA FL), SPAR WARS in Boxing & BATTLEGROUNDS: Clash In Miami in Calisthenics (UFCL). With some of the biggest names in the fitness industry and the support of the IFBB, NPC, UFCL, USPA & UNAA plus local Ninja, Boxing, Calisthenics & Functional Fitness gyms; the M.I.F.E hosts an amazing fitness set of events, in the best tropic city in the nation.

Terrible Experience
No A/C during Finals, security and presenter refused to let anyone (family and friends included) video record during competition. Continuously annoyed the entire audience. Audience kept leaving in aggravation. Felt bad for competitors. Will never support this event again. Other IFBB events were much better organized.
