Local Stroll and Sponsor Booth Sign Up

Fort Herriman Towne Days

This private sign-up is for local Herriman businesses and event sponsors only.

Join us at Butterfield Park on Saturday, June 27 between 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM to host an informational or promotional booth. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and showcase your brand.

Booths will be on the upper level field next to the carnival. Setup instructions and a map will be emailed the week before. All tents must by down by 9:00 PM for the 10:00 PM Fireworks.

Important Info:

• No sales of products or services allowed at these booths. To sell items, contact Good4Life Markets.

• All booth items must be hand-carted in. No vehicle access or unloading area.

• Tent weights required on all poles due to high winds.

• No city-provided tents, tables, chairs, or electricity.

We recommend offering a game, giveaway, or incentive to attract visitors. Please avoid calling out or pushy tactics — aim for a welcoming, engaging booth.

Setup & Takedown:

• Booths can be set up/taken down any time between 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

• Let us know your expected arrival time in the notes section.

Other Notes:

• The parade ends around 1:00 PM, expect some congestion.

• The carnival opens at 11:00 AM, and Towne Days activities kick off around 5:00 PM.

• Peak foot traffic is usually 5:00 PM–9:00 PM.

• Fireworks begin at 10:00 PM and draw large crowds. There will be no ingress (entry) immediately before or after the fireworks. That means helpers will NOT be allowed to drive in to assist with takedown during that time.

If staying for fireworks, any helpers must be in the parking lot by 9:15 PM to avoid access issues.
