We missed 2024, but we’ve otherwise participated in every Gracie seminar in Vernal - always informative, we always learn and improve, we feel so much more prepared and safe, and somehow, in the middle of all the learning, the Gracies keep us laughing with their humor, passion for BJJ and women’s empowerment. Please come back in 2025!
