Be aware be safe.
We bought tickets. We were all excited. We showed up. It is in a residential area. There was no visible security. There were neighborhood kids playing out front of the house and a guy shirtless grilling food. There was no one lined up and it felt like I was going to entering a home that someone currently resides in. With no security we decided not to go in it was myself and three of my daughters and the idea of being in a strange neighborhood, in a residential house and no signs of security, did not make us feel safe. I called the operator that night to request the refund. He directed me to the website but no link was present to do it. I have called stride events and they gave me his email address. Emailed him three times with no reply. Today I got a reply when I called him and he wants to tell me 4-5 months for a refund to be processed or I can go there in person to get it. I don’t live locally. That is not how business works in this day and age. 3-5 business days max. So just be aware and be safe. Something just doesn’t feel right. Happy Halloween.
