Subject: Get Ready for the Elite Sports Tournament - Important Information Inside!

Dear Coaches/Participants,

We hope this email finds you well and filled with excitement for the upcoming Elite Sports Idaho Tournament! With the event drawing near, we wanted to provide you with some important information to ensure that everyone is prepared for an amazing day of competition and camaraderie.

Here are some key details and reminders for the tournament:

1. Registration: Please ensure that your team/s are registered for the tournament prior to the event. If you have any last-minute additions or changes to your roster, please inform us as soon as possible.

2. Check-In: Teams are required to check in at the registration desk upon arrival. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time to allow for check-in and warm-up.

3. Uniforms: All teams are encouraged to wear matching uniforms or jerseys for easy identification on the field. If your team does not have uniforms, please inform us in advance so that we can provide alternative options.

4. Equipment: Each team is responsible for bringing their own equipment, including balls, cleats, pads, and any other necessary gear. Please ensure that all equipment is in good condition and complies with tournament regulations.

5. Rules and Regulations: Familiarize yourself and your team with the tournament rules and regulations. Fair play and sportsmanship are of utmost importance, and any violations will be addressed by the tournament officials.

6. Schedule: The tournament schedule will be provided to team coaches prior to the event. Please review the schedule carefully and be prepared for your assigned match times.

7. Safety Protocols: The safety and well-being of all participants are our top priorities. We will have medical staff on-site in case of any injuries or emergencies. Please adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by tournament officials.

8. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to attend the tournament and cheer on their favorite teams! We kindly ask that all spectators respect the rules and regulations of the event and conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. (they are also able to purchase ticket at the gate or on here before event!)
