This 4 week Advanced Running Series will focus on helping you improve as a runner.
We will work on:
– Warming up for better performance
– Running form and technique for faster running
– How to prevent injuries
– Fine tuning your running for better racing
– Drills and workouts to improve
Each session will include both lecture and workout.
ALL paces are welcome, but this is NOT a beginner running class. It is geared toward intermediate to advanced runners (regardless of pace) who have experience running races and are looking to improve.
Space is limited so that attention can be given to each runner.
Be dressed to workout and prepared for the weather.
In case of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled at the discretion of the coach.
Headphones/music or pets will not be allowed during any session.
