Cedar City Spring Fiesta 2026

Cedar City’s Spring Fiesta and Slow Roll celebrates Hispanic heritage and culture with a spirited array of family-friendly activities, including food trucks, vendors, live entertainment, games, and more. This event draws approximately 6,000 attendees from all around the region.  Along with the festivities, the Slow Roll invites the community to join the ride, kicking off National Bike Month with a temporary bike path for all human-powered wheels, from bikes to strollers. Participants are encouraged to take it slow, enjoy the ride, and wear helmets. This event promises a fantastic day of culture and connection for all ages!
