Harrington Center for the Arts invites you to our annual 3-day theater festival, Exploration of New Works! Think Shark Tank, but make it Broadway!

April 30 – “Pitch & Play” (8-minute presentations) Writers include: Rachel Hallam, Rick Mortensen, Spencer Fork & Patrick I Coffin, Rachel Johnson & McCall Simons, M. Ryan Taylor, Paul McGrew, John Pestana
May 1 – “First Pages” (10–12 minute play excerpts) Writers Include: Wilma Willis Isle, Garrett Gunnell, Michael Combs, Amy Banta, James Wakeland, Michael Fox
May 2 – “In Full Voice” (45-minute musical excerpt presentations) Untitled Mars Project by Rae Covey & Lynn Spector and Too Many Voices by Tyler Thompson
Each writer will pitch their new musical or play followed by a short concert-style performance for a live audience. Then you step in by sharing your feedback and voting for your favorite! Night 3 “In Full Voice” on May 2, which will feature a talkback session with a panel of qualified professionals.
ASL interpreters will be available for performances on May 2.
