Join us for the Young Entrepreneur Market on Saturday, June 27, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This exciting event gives youth entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase and sell their products, practice business skills, and experience what it is like to run their own business in a fun and supportive environment.
Participants are encouraged to create a booth, promote their products, interact with customers, and gain real-world entrepreneurial experience. Awards may be given for categories such as Best Booth, Most Creative Product, Best Customer Service, and more.

Youth Vendors: All young entrepreneurs must have a parent or responsible adult present at their booth during the entire event.

Adult Vendors: Adults are responsible for the management and safety of their assigned space.

Liability Waiver
The participant understands that participation in this event is voluntary. The Sanpete County Chamber of Commerce, event organizers, sponsors, venue, volunteers, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injury, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during the event. Participants agree to release and hold harmless these parties from any liability arising from participation.

Vendor Tax Information
All vendors are required to complete a Utah State Special Event Tax Form using your business name and official Tax ID number.
If your business does not have an official Tax ID number, you may use your Social Security Number for the required tax paperwork. In this case, the business name should be listed as your personal name. DBA (Doing Business As): If the vendor has a creative name for their booth (e.g., "Sam’s Super Slime"), they can list this in the "DBA/Business Name" section, but the tax liability is tied to the individual's personal name and SSN.
Vendors may also contact the Utah State Special Event Tax Office at (801) 297-6303 to request a Special Event Vendor ID Number prior to the event.
All required sales taxes must be charged at the event. Vendors will be notified of the current tax rates the week before the event.

Booth Responsibility
Participants are responsible for bringing all booth supplies, keeping their area clean/safe, and conducting themselves respectfully. Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and future event advertising.
