Adopt A Grandparent is a Sponsorship Program it is for all people to participate.  We are accepting Individual, Church or Business sponsorship of at least $20.00 with your organization Name and Number attached to the card. you cand donate more or buy the gift yourself.  We are anticipating have 465 patients total for all three counties give or take adding around a extra 5 per county as the time draws near, The Business Card will be attached to the gift for the special individual in our Nursing Home Facilities, Hospice Care and Living Facilities.
