Vendor Agreement and Event Waiver
By submitting a vendor application and payment, the undersigned vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Event Dates and Hours
Friday, April 24 | 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, April 25 | 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
All vendors must be fully set up no later than 4:45 PM on Friday, April 24.
Vendors agree to keep their booth staffed and operational during all posted event hours.
Vendors may not begin tear down or remove booth materials until after 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 25. Early tear down disrupts the attendee experience and is not permitted.
Booth Space and Conduct
Vendors agree to:
• Remain within their assigned booth space
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional display
• Secure cords, equipment, and materials to prevent hazards
• Comply with all local fire, safety, and health regulations
• Conduct business in a respectful and professional manner
The Chamber reserves the right to request adjustments to displays or behavior that do not meet event standards.
Setup, Unloading, and Parking
Vendors may unload at the main entrance doors. After unloading, vehicles must be moved promptly to:
• The rodeo arena parking area
• Or approved street parking
The main parking lot must remain available for event attendees.
Sales Tax and Required Forms
All businesses must complete and submit an Exhibit Tax Form as required by the State of Utah. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
Vendors are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required to operate.
Food vendors must comply with all health department regulations.
Liability and Insurance
The Sanpete County Chamber of Commerce, the Sanpete Events Center, and Manti Fairgrounds are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property, equipment, inventory, or personal belongings.
Vendors participate at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless the Sanpete County Chamber of Commerce, its board members, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the venue from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the event.
Vendors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance.
Marketing and Promotion
Our Home and Garden Show has grown significantly each year, tripling attendance last year. Vendors are strongly encouraged to promote their participation on their own social media platforms, websites, and email lists to help maximize attendance and exposure for everyone involved.
The Chamber may use vendor business names and logos for event promotion.
Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non refundable unless the event is canceled by the Chamber. If cancellation occurs, refunds will be issued at the Chamber’s discretion.
