Richfield Fall Festival - 2026 Booths

ATTENTION VENDORS - Please read before continuing: 

This is merely an application, once you have completed the questions you will be asked to request an invoice. After an invoice is requested booth vendor proposals will be accepted by application and selected by a committee. Once applications are reviewed you will receive notification via email by July 15If accepted you will also receive more details regarding the event and fee payment options. We encourage all types of proposals for food and fun activities to apply.

Pricing (if approved) is as follows:

  • Street Vendor non-refundable - 10 x 10' booth $65
  • Additional fees may be charged for those requesting more than a 10' x 10' space and are non-refundable
  • Current Richfield Area Chamber of Commerce Member - 10 x10' booth $30
  • Main Street Business between 200 North and 100 South - FREE includes sidewalk and parking space directly in front of business. Otherwise pay $65 for an entry to be placed in the middle of the street.

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE! 

Vendors will generally be assigned a 10 x 10' space on the street. You will contain your setup in that area. There will be no electrical/water access and must be provided by the vendor. All waste must be contained and removed to an appropriate receptacle.
