PUBLIC SHOW HOURS:
FRIDAY, JUNE 9TH (Early Bird) – 5pm – 10pm
SATURDAY, JUNE 10TH – 10am - 7pm
Parking and Vehicles Inside the Rally Area- PARKING INSIDE THE GATES WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED IN THE DESIGNATED AREAs!
THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES ALLOWED IN THE VENDOR/PUBLIC AREA DURING THE HOURS OF 5p-10p on Friday June 9th, 9a-7p ON SATURDAY, June 10th No exceptions
If you intend on parking your vehicle at your outside booth you must purchase enough space to accommodate your vehicle and it SHALL NOT move during show hours. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your vehicle is not part of your space unless you purchase enough space for your vehicle.
Installation of Exhibits - Exhibits must be installed Thur, June 8th between 4pm – 9pm, Fri, June 9thbetween 9am and 4pm or Sat, June 10th between 7am–9am (EST)
Breakdown: Exhibitors booths may not be dismantled prior to close of show on Saturday, June 10th at 7pm without permission from the management.
Exhibitors may ONLY load in/out through designated doors/areas
Sound Devices and Motion Pictures -- The use of sound devices disturbing adjacent exhibitors, or any undignified methods of attracting attention is prohibited. The use of sound films or narrated slides is acceptable when operated below annoyance level.
Activities:
A) Management reserves the right to remove any vendor who is deemed to be engaging in unethical business practices or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
B) Exhibitors must confine their operation to their paid space. Additional space is available to accommodate such needs.
C) Circulars and other advertising material may only be distributed from within the exhibitor’s space.
D) Management reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, because of noise or any other reasons, shall interfere with the best interests of exhibitors as a whole.
E) No balloons ALLOWED in the building.
F) Exhibitors and agents may not consume alcoholic beverages, during exhibit hall open hours, & shall not attend show intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
G) No vulgar, profane, obscene, racist or overtly sexually suggestive materials shall be shown or sold.
Subletting -- Exhibitors shall not sublet any space nor display any goods other than those contracted to exhibit.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY EXHIBITOR GRANT PERMISSION TO SHARE HIS EXHIBIT OR TO OCCUPY ADJACENT AREAS WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE MANAGEMENT.
Liability- June Jam MC Rally, Blue Line Creative, LLC, Randall Barger, Rick Nail, Michael Wiggins, Derek Hall, Joe Harvell, United Beverages of the Carolinas, Miller-Coors nor any other sponsor, agency, officers, employees, volunteers, nor those acting for them shall be liable for injury to person or property from any cause; and the exhibitor on whose leased space or through whose fault or the exhibitor on whose leased space or through whose fault or neglect said injury shall have occurred shall indemnify and HOLD LESSOR HARMLESS AGAINST ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF SUCH INJURY.
Insurance- It is required by the lessor that the exhibitor protect themselves fully with regard to any property loss through fire, theft, or physical damage or injury to any person or employee as a result of this exhibit. The lessor assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection with such losses or in connection with injury to the employees of the exhibitor. Contact your insurance company for a binder to cover your booth(s) or exhibit.
Booth Protection- Lessor will engage a security officer to patrol the premises for the duration of the show. In no event does the lessor assume liability for loss or damage by any cause.
NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE MANAGMENT.
Badges- FOR SECURITY REASONS, BADGES MUST BE WORN DURING ALL SET-UP & SHOW HOURS.Exhibitor Staff without badges, provided to your company by the management, will be required to enter through the public gate and pay regular admission, or be removed from the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Management reserves the right to make adjustments and/or changes in booth assignments up to and including the date of move-in to ensure even traffic flow.
June Jam may terminate this contract with or without cause at their sole discretion.
Exhibitors, their agents, volunteers and employees shall be responsible for any injury or defacing to the ceiling, walls, floor of the building, the booths, materials and/or equipment of the venue and/or other exhibitors.
In the event of any act of God, civil disorder or other circumstances that make it impractical in the view of the management, to operate the exhibit hall on the contract date, this agreement shall become null and void. A full refund of deposit will be made or at the option of the management, will be transferred to the cost of the shows on an alternate date and/or location.
This agreement shall not be assigned, and no right granted in this agreement shall be subcontracted without the written consent of the management. June Jam has the right to decline any exhibit application without cause.
This agreement is entered into in Salisbury, Rowan County, North Carolina. The appropriate courts of Rowan County shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any claims arising out of or related to this agreement or attendance at The June Jam MC Rally.
All matters not covered in these rules & regulations are subject to the decision of The June Jam Rally.
Exhibitor agrees that The June Jam Management shall have the final decision in any disputes between exhibitors and the adoption of any rule or regulation deemed necessary prior to, during and after the show.
WAIVER: I, the undersigned participant (and my parent or guardian if I am younger than 18 years of age), intending to be legally bound, do hereby forever release and waive any and all rights, claims, and actions for damages that we, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have, or that may hereafter accrue against any and all persons, organizations, and other entities associated with the event, including, but not limited to Stride Events, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, June Bike Jam Vendor Form, and individual June Bike Jam Vendor Form organizers, arising out of or in connection with my involvement before, during, or after the event.
I verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event and I assume the risks involved in this activity. I further attest that I will be mindful of hazards around the event, and hold said sponsors and organizers blameless in any harm that may happen.
I consent to the collection and use of my Personal Information as contained in the Privacy Policy. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and/or pictures in telecasts, broadcasts, newspapers, posters, advertising, etc.
I also acknowledge understanding that the charge to my card will show up as Stride Events I acknowledge that the online processing fees and charitable donations are non-refundable. I also acknowledge that any charitable donations will have 4.97% withheld from the donation to pay credit card and administrative costs.
Stride Events shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loses. Stride Events does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information contained in, or provided in conjunction with the http://www.strideevents.com website. Stride Events is not responsible for any omissions or inaccuracies, or for the results obtained from this information.
Stride Events facilitates registration for various events, some of which allow participants under the age of thirteen (13). We require a submission of birth date for all registration entries. For children under the age of thirteen (13), parental or guardian consent is required.
You agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Utah, USA, will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and Waiver. You irrevocably consent that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Stride Events relating to this Agreement and Waiver resides in the courts of Utah, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Utah in conjunction with any such dispute including any claim involving Stride Events .
