Welcome to the Ink Mania Fest 2027 Artist & Vendor Information Page! Here you'll find everything you need to apply and prepare for Ink Mania Fest at the Florida State Fairgrounds, July 30 – August 1, 2027. This page includes the Artist/Vendor Application, Florida Tattoo License information, event guidelines, and other important resources to help you get ready for the show.

Booth location is able to be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Florida Tattoo License Info

(This step is required for all artists attending)


 

Please Note:

  • All artists attending are REQUIRED to obtain a Tattoo License from the state of Florida – Even if you have a license in another state, you still need to get a new one for Florida. If you have a license in your state you can apply for guest artists just make sure your Bloodborne certificates say.
  • Bloodborne Pathogens & Communicable Diseases for Florida Tattoo Artists If your state does not require a tattoo license for each artist you would have to apply for a yearly license.
  • Florida requires all artist take an approved Bloodborne Pathogens course.
  • After you complete the BBP course, you need to submit your certificate along with your tattoo application.

Guest License Requirements:

  • Application must contain the name of the licensed tattoo establishment where the tattoo artist will perform tattooing or intends to perform tattooing.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Copy of government-issued photo ID.
  • Proof of active license, registration, or certification outside of Florida.
  • Documentation of completed tattooing bloodborne pathogen and communicable diseases course (at least 70% score) unless license is issued by a jurisdiction recognized as having educational requirements which meet or exceeds the requirements of section 381.00775, Florida Statutes.

Ink Mania Fest 2027 Application

(This step is required for all attendees)

Please fill out the Ink Mania Fest 2027 application to finalize your entry. The application has a location to upload any marketing information or tattoo license. However if you do not have that information available you can either return to the application or email it to inkmaniafest@gmail.com.

Please note: Failure to provide license information will result in artists not being able to tattoo in the state of Florida. If you have questions not answered on this page, please reach out to use as soon as possible so we can help.
