Vendor Information, Rules and Policies
The Lincoln County Fair will be August 22-24, 2019.
Fair operation hours:
Thursday 9 am to 9 pm
Friday 9 am to 10 pm
Saturday 9 am to 10 pm
Set up day is Wednesday, August 21, 2019. If you need to setup before Wednesday please call the office, 509-725-5161 to make other arrangements.
If electricity is required, vendor must provide their own electrical cords.
Vendor who need to replenish supplies need to have all supplies to the vendor space(s) before 8:00 am each day.
No silly string or products that would make a mess of our Fairgrounds.
No fireworks, knives, lighters, cap guns or drugs to be sold on the Fairgrounds.
No unauthorized service dogs allowed on the Fairgrounds.
Vendors are expected to be open during the hours of the Lincoln County Fair.
Vendor is responsible to keep the area around assigned space(s) clean and free of debris.
Vendor is responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty.
Vendor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives and activities
must not detract from the image or welfare of the 2019 Lincoln County Fair.
Vendor shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the Fairground as a
result of or in connection with operation.
Motor homes and trailers cannot be parked next to the assigned vendor space(s). If camping is required, please include a 2019 Fair Camping Agreement with Vendor Agreement.
No refunds after July 23, 2019.
By completing and signing the Lincoln County Fair Vendor Agreement, you are certifying you have read the Vendor Information, and will adhere to all rules and policies herein. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lincoln County Fair from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Vendor at the 2019 Lincoln County Fair.
WAIVER: I, the undersigned participant (and my parent or guardian if I am younger than 18 years of age), intending to be legally bound, do hereby forever release and waive any and all rights, claims, and actions for damages that we, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns may have, or that may hereafter accrue against any and all persons, organizations, and other entities associated with the event, including, but not limited to Stride Events, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, Lincoln County Fair, and individual Lincoln County Fair organizers, arising out of or in connection with my involvement before, during, or after the event.
I verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event and I assume the risks involved in this activity. I further attest that I will be mindful of hazards around the event, and hold said sponsors and organizers blameless in any harm that may happen.
I also acknowledge understanding that the charge to my card will show up as Stride Events I acknowledge that the online processing fees and charitable donations are non-refundable. I also acknowledge that any charitable donations will have 4.97% withheld from the donation to pay credit card and administrative costs.
Stride Events shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loses. Stride Events does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information contained in, or provided in conjunction with the http://www.strideevents.com website. Stride Events is not responsible for any omissions or inaccuracies, or for the results obtained from this information.
Stride Events facilitates registration for various events, some of which allow participants under the age of thirteen (13). We require a submission of birth date for all registration entries. For children under the age of thirteen (13), parental or guardian consent is required.
You agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Utah, USA, will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and Waiver. You irrevocably consent that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Stride Events relating to this Agreement and Waiver resides in the courts of Utah, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Utah in conjunction with any such dispute including any claim involving Stride Events .
