Class Instructor: Susan Hunter
Create an insulating caddy that easily holds a 9x13-inch covered pan. Great for transporting food such as hot or cold dishes, a dish of cupcakes or a cake, etc. The batting helps keep food warm or cold. There is an added top piece for sliding in a serving spoon.
This class is ideal for EVERY level of sewing, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or even have lots of experience.
SUPPLIES TO BRING:

1 yard cotton fabric for outside in a cute, NON-DIRECTIONAL fabric

1 yard cotton fabric for lining

1 yard warm and natural cotton batting

2 yards coordinating one-inch polyester webbing (sold at JOANN Fabrics & Craft Store)

OTHER SUPPLIES: All purpose thread in a coordinating color, sewing machine*, and basic supplies like pins and scissors, etc.

Sewing Machines*
Each student must have their own machine during class. The ARC does have machines available for use if you do not own one. We encourage you to bring in your own sewing machine as you will be more familiar with it.
